The Creative Impact Group is a training organization for educators and youth professionals that focuses on creative power through culturally responsive, trauma informed, a community centered practices. Creativity is how we wrestle, thrive, search, grow, learn and make sense of the world. It’s how we find our purpose, and our joy. Without creativity, the most important skill in the world, according to a recent Linkedin study, schools and programs serving youth will be unable to fulfill their missions and things like innovation and entrepreneurship will become a thing of the past. The Creative Impact Group was formed to address the gap in quality professional development and support, focused on creativity as a tool for increased learning, connection and agency.
We support organizations, schools, and businesses serving youth through a creativity-centered approach grounded in anti-racism, restorative practices, and community building, so that the adults have the tools to show up as their best selves, cultivate spaces for youth to thrive, and contribute more fully to their communities.
